He just needed some change to pay for his chicken.
At about 1:28 p.m. Tuesday a man walked into the US Bank at the corner of Breiel and Roosevelt boulevards and passed a threatening note to a teller, according to Middletown Police Maj. Scott Reeve.
The man left going north away from the bank.
The perpetrator was a black man with facial hair wearing a black ball cap with “Kentucky Fried Chicken” written on it and a black polo shirt with “I rule the rooster” written on it.
