Dear Mr. Buchanan:

This office has been retained to resolve an issue that has arisen regarding your "Remote Viewing Home Page".

It has come to our attention that the "Remote Viewing Home Page", which you established, which you edit, and over which you maintain exclusive control, has published certain original allegations, and has re-published certain second-hand (or "hearsay") allegations, regarding our client, which can only be characterized as defamatory.

It has also come to our attention that certain attempts to correct or clarify these defamatory statements have been censored by you.

We are currently conducting an ivnvestigation to determine the nature and extent of the Major's damages, and of your consequent liability.

Accordingly, please take notice that we demand the following:

We demand that ALL references to Major Dames be deleted from your "Remote Viewing Home Page"; and

We demand that all references be deleted with all deliberate speed; and, lastly,

We demand that no future references to Major Dames be posted on the page.

We trust that you will cooperate with us in mitigating Major Dames' damages, by preventing any aggravation of those damages.

Naturally, all of the above is without prejudice to our client's rights to pursue any legal recourse, including, withour limitation, monetary damages on the basis of the already-published defamations, and/or injunctive relief, for any future publications.

Thank you for your cooperation in the amicable resolution of this dispute.
Very truly yours,
LAW OFFICES OF DAVID DANTES
