We all know that the mods in SG get burned out really fast and the admins have come up with a solution to the problem. Rotation. We will be rotation the mods through SG every 3 months. Every mod that is rotated into SG will be a mod that all ready has another forum. We will NOT appoint new mods just for this purpose.

absolutely no mod will be demodded, just moved to another forum for a cooling period. SG eventually burns out every mod thats in there and we dont want that (well besides Snoopy, I think he thrives on that kind of shit lol). Its not fair to the site, the members, or the mods. All the mods here do a fantastic job and I dont want to see anyone lose their mind. But yes all mods will be rotating every so often in that forum and not all at the same time.

we have been getting new mods and will continue to do so. I already stated why we dont want perm mods in SG twice. We dont want them to get burned out. Thus we will keep rotating them.

So every mod gets a three month tour of duty in Sierra Golf. Tough job, but everyone here salutes you for your courage. Someday they might have to call on us regulars for reinforcments, but we'd have to be completely overrun by the n00bish army for that to happen.
