The same way I can prove to you that god exists.

That's a really lame way to get into her pants.

You might as well just get her drunk.

There is no way. You can argue for, say, th big bang theory just as easily for could for God.

you can't prove that there is no god because you don't know if there is or isn't one, period.

Just explain to her the origins of the myth of Jesus and the Evil side of Judaism and revel in your new-found knowledge of this earth's god!

Don't be fooled by him, though.

Then she's a lost cause. She has locked her brain out and is artificially preventing it from ever finding out if it is ever wrong about it's beliefs.

Not suprisingly, this is the exact form of fundamentalist single minded mind-conditioned thinking that most monotheistic religions try to install in their members. Once they have your brain wrapped around their propaganda, you are a slave to their system.

Fortunately for me, logic, reason, and reality took precedence over belief and with a bit of insight and enlightenment, I saw right through the earliest form of the Matrix ever created by man: Organized religion.

heh, I really think that any organized organization has it's up and downs, just like organized religion that as you said wrapped people and trapped them into there system, so do governments....It's the nature of Humans when they run organizations for power. Sigh

The trap is money. Money + Oraganised Religion = Ultimate Evil http://www.totse.com/bbs/biggrin.gif (http://www.totse.com/bbs/biggrin.gif). You know I'm right.

No, you're not.

I used to go to a methodist church, and I didn't give them a dime. They didn't damn me to hell for it, they didn't stop letting me come.

The 'christianity is a tool to make money' thing is rediculous bullshit.

Yes, there are preachers who take advantage of people to make money. Many, in fact. But that's not what the religion's about. Hell, it's damn near the opposite.

Half true, now adays its not really about the money because alot of these people really do belive.

But along time ago when religions were just poping up these... I guess you can say cons started saying "you feed me, you clothe me, you shelter me and this magical guy will make sure you dont get killed by animals/good harvest/no floods and such" if someone ever bad did happen "you angered god, give me more things to show your thanks and belief in him and he will forgive you."

People really started to belive in this guy and well mix in some skitso's that raise all there children on this then we got todays religions.
