It really makes me mad when i see these "christans" trying to scare people into church with there hell stories and shit. If you wanna example go to yahoo and enter in house of hell or some shit and take a good look.

Christianity hardly seems like the best example. Early Christianity began as a patriotic Jewish liberation movement, and was only later coopted by Constantine the Great. Hinduism, for example, was set up with little purpose other than to control the conquered subjects of the Aryans who invaded India.

you could see it that way if you wish, but all religions just are trying to keep youu and the human race alive, it tries to prevent us from slaughtering each other, if you think it is a "scare tactic" than I believe that your emotionally insecure and probably just had a rude awakening which you took incorrectly. The fact that you actually get angry when people try to convince you to join a religion is pathetic, religion is trying to help the human race so....there is no reason to get angry.

christianity has always made me amused. i've grown up in a mormon household, except my mother and i not being mormon. i was the first one to refuse to get baptised when i was 8. hahah. i'm glad i didn't. mormon's are like..droids. it's scary. but i've always been considered the black sheep of the family, but it's all okay, cause i'm pretty fuckin happy with my life. even if i've pissed my life away through drugs and fun stuff like that.

anywho...what i was getting to is that i have read the bible alot. i mean..i can imagine some things like that happening. i just find the bible a completely amusing text within itself.

and i wanna be god. cause he gets to smite people and set bushes on fire. and all fire and brimstone and tellin people they're gonna go to hell and shit...that sounds fuckin cool.
