There is no answer, only choice. We can never know god is or know god is not, because we are all individual. The only truth we can ever know is the truth within our minds. What believe is true, is true. You can never know more than that, so stop trying. Believe what you wish, because that is the truth. Nothing exists but your mind. where belief overrides truth, which is quite correct, there are people despite overwhelming evidence; whose reality includes a flat earth, or a universe that existed forever.

that doesn't make me stop searching for truth or god. my research has taken me from the big bang to superstrings to m-theory to quantum consciousness and the validity of near death experiences.

"god" is nature, what happens naturally. true spirituality is living in harmony with nature. buddhism is the only religion worth its salt, there is no deity, noone to fear or revere, if you just look into it a little it will make sense. it has a reputation as a "new age" hippy thing, and i admit i would feel weird telling my grandmother i was a buddhist, but just say you believe in natural law. its the only religion that shows you proof constantly, your life is what you make it, no judgement and no fear
