View Full Version : Something Einstein said, i suggest you read.
I love this quote, and while i dont ask you to believe it, i think its good to get the ticker working once in a while so here goes
"I cannot conceive of a God who rewards or punishes his creatures, or has a will of the type which we are conscious in ourselves."
Agree or disagree? Why?

Interesting thought.
I really wish he'd stayed alive long enough to finish his Unified Field Theory.

I agree. If there is a god, I would hope he operates with a mind a little different (and a lot better) than our distorted human thought processes...
And as for punishing his creatures, I don't like to think that such a being is running things. A good god wouldn't make people, make it easy for them to sin, then punish them for being bad -- when he made them that way.
If there's a god at all, I hope he's none of the things we're taught that he is.

God didnt make people who were easy sinners. Not that i believe it, but the bible says that Adam took fruit off of the tree of knowledge or something. Once man thought he knew it all, he started changing the world to what he thought he knew it should be like. Only the gods can eat off of the tree of knowledge.

dont question god, have unlimited faith, and follow the ten commandments. accept jesus christ as your personal savior, becuz humans r umpure for god so we have to let jesus b our filter. not in any particular order
