Why was Hell made if god is all forgiving and loves everyone? And if god knows what you did why apologize for it?

What makes you think that an omnipotent-omniscient being would value forgivness and be merciful? The God of the bible isn't merciful at all times (Old Testament). Hell was created to punish those who sinned and refused to express sympathy.

The point of an apology is to express the fact that your actions were remiss, and will not be repeated. This is regardless of whether the offended party knows of them or not.

Also try not to rely on arguments that assume that assume the philosophy of the French enlightement defines good universally. The only way to know "good" would to be an omnipotent-omniscient being yourself.

Remember that hell may not even exist. Not all religeons talk about a hell. If a hell does exist then it's not God punishment, but merely the result of our own choices. And if hell did exist then it wouldn't be a place to stay forever. Suffering is natures way of telling us that something we are doing or some belief that we have is not in our best interest. It's like the body, you feel pain and suffer if you hit your leg with a hammer because it isn't in your best interest. Suffering is like a guide to steer you in the right direction. If there was no suffering we'd be wondering about aimlessly never moving closer to unity with god.
