So they say that god gave to man free will to do whatever he chose with it. But your free will doesn't just come out from nowhere, your thoughts, actions, deeds, character, it all comes from your environment. If you lived in a commune where incest, free love, and constant drug use were the norm, you would think that it is perfectly acceptable even if you lived in a society like this one. If you were abused as a child and taught that violence solved problems, and you were never given a different opinion or example, then you would kill anyone who gave you a funny look. If you were raised in a Christian family and taught to love a man who is so great, you would do so, even if there is no proof that he existed or was so great except some book full of fantastic myths and a few good words of advice. Anyway, you yourself can't determine your behavior, so you need to find sources that make sense to you and tell you to live a good life. And if no one ever showed you the right way, well then, your just totally fucked out of everything
