I am really interested in LaVey Satanism and was wondering if you guys had any recommendations of things that I could read on the subject. I am also interested in Aleister Crowley and the Golden Dawn and such and was wondering what works you recommend by either of them.

Its not exactly Satanist but you'd be interested in it. Its a really hard read though. Its called The Divine Comedy by Dante Aligharri (spl). You'd only be interested in the first part, Inferno. Breifly, its about a guy who goes through Hell and he's describing the people suffereing and dying and shit. Good book.

You'll have much better luck finding satanist philosophy (LaVey's type), if you search for Animalism...most people instantly think satanism as setianism, which are quite different. Satanism being an atheistic religion, Setianism being actual devil worshipping.

satanism...hmmm i honestly cant recomend anything farther than the satanic bible. im a little ignorant on the satanism side other than the bible.
but MAGICK thats a different story.
first get a copy of magick in theory and practice. i got one, a good one AIM me at (seraph aral) and ill transfer it to you. at the end theres a reading list.
after you read that youll know what to read next...777, book of thoth, book of lies, and if you want to get religious about it the book of law, but book of law is pointless unless you understand and you wont understand until you read other sutff first.
once you read magick in theory and practice youll have fun with almost any liber. especially the ones on qaballah. like 58.
and if youre gonna get serious about this dont just go crowley, i wish someone told me that at the start. read satanism, jewish mysticism, and a little DISCORDIANISM doesnt hurt. puts thigs in perspective. and chaos magick is the shit because its so simple but so open so it can be as big or small or as simple or complex as you want it to be.

Since when were magics part of Satanism? Oh yeah...since it became a fad. Fucking Christ people, Satanism is, in layman's terms, self above others. No magic, no mysticism, simple selfishness is all it is. Throwing in other shit isn't Satanism; it's applying dogma to philosophy, which generally creates zealots, which is generally a bad thing.
