Down's Syndrome is a pretty good indication that he does.

Well, as pretty much anything can be taken as evidence as a "sense of humor," and since motives cannot be certainly known, it's a possibility.

We like to feel attached to God. We like to think Him so personal that we even look and feel like him. So yes, intelligence usually manifests a sense of humour.

Maybe the question is rather, what makes Him laugh?...Us?
