There are so many religions around today, although many claim to worship the same god, but just are fractured into many various denominations, eg sunni and shia muslims, and the millions of christian religions.

But do you think (if we say there is a god) god accepts all types of religion, or is he mightily pissed off that we cant work out whats the best way to worship him? or do you beleive there is many gods and we just worship different ones according to our religion?

Whats your view on this? are the christian religions all worshipping the same god, and does he accept all of them if he exists?

just wondering about this.... http://www.totse.com/bbs/rolleyes.gif (http://www.totse.com/bbs/rolleyes.gif)

one God, but different understandings(or misunderstandings) of that one god.

It's like the story of the 3 guys who see the diamond and all claim it to have a different coloured tint to it.

"It's clear with a red tint" one says.

"No, it's clear with a green tint" etc.

They all argue as to who has really seen the diamond, but they all have, they just don't really understand what a diamond is.
