Define "God".
Is it only your view of what "God" is that you are proving? Do you think that those who believe in Allah are wrong? Mormons? Deists?
And what is this "God" that you know exists? You have to describe what it is before you tell me it exists. "A pulachpadiri exists in my backyard." "What's a pulachpadiri?" "Only the pulachpadiri really knows. But it exists!"

Many people around the world live a certain way because they believe "god" wants them to act a certain way. Thus, you could say that these people, the religious folk, live under the influence of "god". Therefore they are motivated by god. Motivation is real. Therefore god is real as well. God exists as a motivational factor.

So God is just a symbolic way to describe motivational factor of people. All right. But I have a better definition of God. And I can prove it.
1. FREEDOM IS SLAVERY
2. TWO AND TWO MAKE FIVE
3. Therefore, GOD IS POWER.

No, not symbolic. It exists as a motivational factor. God can exist in many forms and this is just one of them.
Btw, how do you PROVE a DEFINITION?

I've often wondered why people think that it's acceptable to use the word "god" to mean whatever the hell they want.
I can't think of any other term this happens to.

LMAO!! I love your christian reasoning. it's so funny.
Okay... According to you, if something effects me, it exists. Correct? So also according to your reasoning Santa Clause exists. I mean... When i was little i went to bed early to get presents, so i was under his influence. Therefor, according to your reasoning, he exists.
What about the schitzophrenic? They live under the influence of their delusions, so accoring to you their delusions are real.

There's a simple, extremely logical law that applies to everything that is and ever will be that christians love to ignore.
If it can't be measured, it doesn't exist.

Read what I said. The motivation exists. I did not say anything else existed. You are thinking far too literally and in terms of tangibility. Using an example of a person visually hallucinating: the hallucinations exist, that can not be denied. Yet, what the person is seeing does not exist in any other dimension than inside the person's mind. So if the person is seeing an alien...the alien exists in the form of a thought inside the mind, even if it does not physically exist. Hope this example clarified things a bit.
