I suppose this is complimentary to the "meaning of life thread", but what do you feel/think/believe your greatest need is now/in life?

For all my problems to stop getting in the way of creativity.

I'm going to say a dead heat between O2 and H2O. If you're meaning spiritually though, then I guess the greatest need is the ultimate truth as to why existence is. I don't care what the answer is anymore, I just want to know for certain what it is; right now I'm a nihilist...I'd love nothing more than to be proven wrong.
