Oddly, I can't find any topic like this on the last few pages.

What are your beliefs? Be specific: don't just say "Christian" or "Atheist". Go into some detail; touch on Hot Topics (current political/moral issues such as homosexuality and abortion come to mind), go over your morals, post-death and pre-life existence, the works. Use your imagination.

RULE: No flaming. For fuck's sake people I will kill this thread the second anybody starts to flame or hijack. You can discuss, just don't flame.

I am an agnostic. Frankly, I have a dislike for organized religion because of the self-righteous tendencies of many members of them.

Just because I'm agnostic, doesn't mean that I'm not spiritual. I do meditate and use drugs for spritual advancement; I also have strong morals.

My main moral is simply: Don't let your morals affect others, or keep your beliefs to yourself. I've seen the negative consequences of people not following this rule, and try to abide by it as often as possible.

In a less broad sense, I have no moral objections to anything a person wants to do, as long as it doesn't hurt anybody else. Can you see where I'm going with this?

I don't believe in existence before life, nor do I believe in existence after life. This is my most internally debated viewpoint; surely I would like for there to be a heaven after life, but it just doesn't seem feasible to me.

I don't believe in Creationism; perhaps because I was brought up in an agnostic household, I am biased towards science and logic as explanations for things, and heavily against attributing anything to "chance" or "faith".

I believe in social darwinism; that is, that our society should be "sink or swim". If you can't cut it, you shouldn't be given assistance (unless an individual wants to help you). Harsh, but I see too much helping of the weak going on. Obviously I don't mean physically weak or any of that crap. Use your brain.

Hot Topics: You may have discerned it already, but I am pro-abortion, pro-(whatever)sexuality, anti-gun control, anti-government (please avoid accusations of "anarkist", use your brain again), anti-socialism, pro-liberty of speech and action. These are all part of my faith.

I feel faith and politics are inextricably interwined, hence the "political" feel of my belief system.

It's late, so you'll have to excuse me for being so broad and unspecific.

I am agnostic. I grew up Christian and have moved away from religion and spirituality in the past year. I am not spiritual, as I feel it is quite ridiculous. I have a hard time believing in the afterlife or palingenesis.

I am not republican, nor democrat. I am against having a jingoist, fascist, or big business controlled president. I am pro-life, pro-gay marriage, pro-globalism, anti-aa, and pro-salary cap.

Although I grew up in a Christian environment, I do not embrace the religion teachings that were thrust upon me.I have too many questions that cannot be answered to my satisfaction from religious teachings.I tend to more easliy accept answers presented through science.Since I cannot prove or disprove the existance of a god, I am agnostic.

I believe every man is responsible for his own welfare/happiness . If a person is physically able to work , but is just too lazy, he/she can starve. If a person has a physical/mental condition which honestly prevents them from working, assistance should be provided.

I think that people who are more talented or can do a job better deserve to be paid more than someone who cannot to the same job as well.Sex,race ,color,or creed should not be a factor. If a person has the ability and drive to succeed, good for them.If they don't have it, too bad.

I am against gun control completely. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to understand that criminals are the biggest supporters of gun control laws.If you take away guns from honest people, the criminals would be the only ones with weapons, making what they do so much easier.

I am anti - abortion except in cases where the mother's life is in imminent peril.Anyone engaging in intercourse knows what the possible outcome can be.There many methods of birth control available to prevent unwanted pregnancy. There is no such thing as an "accident". People are responsible for their actions.Murdering an unborn child should not be an optional form of birth control.

I believe that whatever two adults do in the privacy of their own home is ok, as long as it does not negatively affect the health or well being of others(such as their children).

I respect the beliefs of other people,as long as they don't try to impose their beliefs on others.
