ill post real stuff, its just that the amount of bullshit threads in this forum is really getting annoying. every 5 year old who discovers something about religion makes a new thread to show off what an 'independent thinker' he is. it kinda gets annoying, and the 'real' threads just get flushed off the page. since there is either no modding here, or very loose modding, i may as well just bitch at all the loosers.

if the bible is lies now, it makes sense it was lies when it was written. it follows that people knew then it was lies, just as they know now.

anyway, the bible stories date back to 4000BC, just because they are not compiled into one book does not mean that they were any more truthful.

It could've been made up in the 1970's or something by a bunch of hippies. We could be living in a place somewhat like George Orwell's Oceania. Remember: "Who controls the past controls the future: who controls the present controls the past."

The Bible is a mixture of myth and history misinterpreted, translated, and rewritten over and over. For example there were over 80 gospels, only 4 were added at Nicaea because they were pro-Roman, mentioned Jesus as God, etc. Then there's the Book of Jasher and a couple of older books that were excluded from the Old Testament.
