I can't remember if this has been done here, but regardless it would have ignored then been burried under a bunch of childish debate and pushed to the second page in no time.

I stumbled upon an article where a frequency was found that actually replicates the "pressence of God". Meaning they tuned a part of test subjects brains to a frequency and the subjects would report religious experiences, being touched by God, feeling the Glory, however they felt like describing it. If you're really THAT skeptical just state so and I'll dig up the article. Right now I'm tired, and curious on peoples thoughts on this.

Can this phenomena be explained away through scriptures? Is God really a frequency? Does this make all of us merely different frequencies? What about ol' Albert's trip on how everything is energy vibrating at different frequencies?

Discuss, but please.....no yelling.

It'd be interesting to see what the actual freq. was, see if its one that is commonly occuring in "praise and worship" music.

Also, simply because a frequency can replicate a similar response doesn't necessarily make it the sole point from which all similar responses come from. e.gI can't think of a good example at the moment!

Google neurotheology and you'll find a lot of interesting information.

There is also a chemical in the brain, DMT, a halluciogen, which is sometimes called the Spirit Molecule, since people who are seriously religious have higher concentrations of it in thier brains.

Isn't that chemical part of the brain also refered to as the third eye? And besides spirituality can be temporarily activated through psilocibin, LSD, and (obviously) DMT?

Haha yeah. I was about to say I've never felt closer to a higher being than on mushrooms.
