Which is worse/better?

I'm sure everyone will, be rational and civil, yes?

In their current forms? their about the bloody same.



That isn't to say that all muslims or christians are bad, or anything like that, just the whole "personality" that has evolved over time.

It fucking sickens me when I hear "Christians" telling me "the sinners will burn for eternity, halleluja!!!"

and as for Islam... long sleeves or short?

Christianity is by no means as violent today as Islam.

I realize that he doesn't represent all christians, but his sort of mindset is pretty darn widespread.

If his sort of crowd were in the right situation, they would be just as fucking bad.

Yes, the godhatesfags.com people are quite interesting. I live in Portland, OR. If you didn't know we are kinda known for our ecclectic hippieism (wrd?) and overall pretty liberal here. I don't think an electoral vote has gone republican from here in a long time.

Anyway, Portland was one of the first places to allow gay marriage, and may be the only one left to let them continue to legally stand. Well anyways, every morning driving to school, I would see one long line in front of the courthouse of gay couples and across the street a huge line of godhatesfags people.

Well one day, it was late-start at school, and I forgot and came early, I realized it just as I pulled up to the light at the courthouse, so I decided to get out.

I had quite a lively chat with the fagbashers. It was really interesting. I can't remember it verbatim becuase half of it was a bunch of them yelling scripture at me. But I remember bringing up points like in Genesis, it says that God created us in his image. They told me that Gays are created, they choose to be that way. At that point I got fairly graphic, "If a man cannot become erect in the presence of a female, how is that his fault? Is he not born that way?" something along those lines, but certainly not in such a relaxed way. When people are screaming at you, you tend to get worked up too. Well anyway, talking to these people accomplished nothing.

So after school that day, me and some friends made signs and decided to join the fagbashers.

They went something like this....

"Hitler hated fags too. We must be in good company"

"Gas the fags. Hitler was right!"

a black friend of mine had one that said...

"Ban them niggers too. We hate niggers"

I am a child of interracial birth so I had one right next to them that said...

"Yeah. And no chinks and whites marrying either."

"50 years ago. Me and this nigger never would have been born under state laws. THEY NEVER SHOULD HAVE CHANGED"

Anyway, they weren't that clever, but we got huge newscoverage. It was hilarious to turn on the 10 o'clock news and see a reporter right in front of us reporting how the godhatesfags people were racist and nazi supporters too.

anyway, it was entertaining.
