Anyone else having problems posting ?

I had no problem posting jokes into "LMAO", but when I try to post replies into the "Verses from the Koran" thread, it hangs up continually.

I've tried it from home, and from work.

Any thoughts ? (I figured maybe it had been closed, but I don't see the lock icon on it, so....I'm lost)

Is the reply too big? The server can time-out if the reply is too big. Just split it up into parts.

If it's not that, then god doesn't want you to post...

But, no. Loc Dogg's post was longer than mine was, but I am definitely going to try splitting it up, just to see.

That was actually my next course of action.

I have had trouble, both with posting and just switching between threads. We have wireless, so it's not hanging up, but i get "access denied" , "timed out", and "site contains no data" error messages.

It has crossed my mind that it might be a bandwidth problem, it it also occurs when many of the school aged members should be in bed..LOL

If you curse at it through clenched teeth, sometimes it makes it go faster.

I am a net admin. I do this all day...sometimes beating the comp. even works, but usually bribes and sacrificial offerings do the trick.
