Who is your God or gods?
What is your standpoint on an almighty creator or a loving mother earth? Are you somewhere in the middle?

I call the creator and sustainer of our local universe god for convenience sake, don't really know his/her/its/their real name.
I respect and sometimes evoke a bunch of other spirits, including Tlalac, the rain god. (For details on this, see Plant Medicine Spirits--oh hell, or is it Plant Spirit Medicine--by Eliot Cowan.)

I guess so, i'm not rel comfortable with labels--they limit and restrict, as do beliefs. If pressed (light starch, please) I'd have to say "gnostic" and leave it at that.
It depends--sometimes for exorcisms, sometimes for doing soul retrieval, sometimes for a past life issue, lots of other stuff.

I beleive exorcism can be performed by anyone who uses the name of Jesus Christ and beleives in the spritual authority aforded to Christians for this purpose, including yourself.

Usually (relating to Catholicism) the possesed person is a beleiver(tithe giving member)(otherwise the Church would not approve such an event)(Furthermore only about 5% of the cases submitted are ever excorsised).
Seems more like a mind trick to me though.
