I have to do an Islamic Collage for my world history class that represents Islam and how its effected the world. I could just do it the traditional way and post some pics of Allah and the Ka'aba but if you guys have any clever ideas of what i could post on it they would be greatly appreciated.

Unless your teacher is anti-muslim I would stick to pictures of people praying, women in berkas or head scarves and mosques. Adding pictures of Bin Laden and stuff is probably not a great thing to do for a school project.

My teacher is pretty cool and i dont think he would be too upset. He has a brother in Iraq and isnt too fond of Muslims anyway.

You're right. They don't allow Allah to be visually represented either. Ever been to a mosque? The walls are bare, with no visual imagery. Islam is an aniconic religion, like Judaism.

Allah is too beautiful for anybody to possibly concieve the thought of, let alone draw or paint a picture of him, and so you should not EVER attempt to draw a picture of Allah. Please, you'll be doing yourself and the entire Islmic community a favour.

I suggest pictures of that McD's set up in Iraq for the US soldiers, and next to it a mother holding her dead child. Title it, "Priorities". Picture of Dubya enjoying luxuries of reading "My Pet Goat" optional.

put five pillars(as in the five pillars of islam) and then put whatever pictures you have in those, i dont know if that warrants as a collage, but meh.

do whatever you want but be sure to have a picture of a technical.
