Your paper lacks depth, creativity, and basic grammar. Your grade currently stands at an "F". You can resubmit your paper next week for reduced credit.
Class dismissed.
i'm confused... were you calling people with faith 'chumps', or were you just signing your post?

No you don't.
Aaahhh... your probably right. Ya know. Yet somehow I find myself being happier when I think that thier is a god. Its actually kind of amusing in a way. So I like to laugh at myself.

Marksman, have you ever flown on a plane, or sat in a chair that no one else has ever sat in before??
Did you know that that plane would fly? Or did you have faith in the pilot? In the mechanics? The 6000+ (non-flying) parts that the plane is made from?
Did you have faith that the chair was made well enough that it would not collapse from your fat butt?
If you had faith in those things, then were you lying? If you didnt have faith, you must be tired from the walk (from the trip that you didnt take the plane)... so tired, but you didnt sit down because you were afaid that the chair wouldnt hold you.
I am not lying when i say that i have faith in God. And i have faith that my faith will continue to grow.

The thing here is, the plane and chair are there, whether you believe in them or not. If you sat in the chair and it wasn't there, then you would know it. That's logic.
You can't really argue the existence of god, being such an abstract concept. It depends on the definition.
God, the old man throwing thunderbolts, doesn't exist. God, representing the mysterious unexplained, the unitive brotherhood of man, all that is good, does exist, sort of.
I think the kind of faith that deal with everyday situations is more of a confidence. Faith when applied to religion is more of a "leap of faith". If Christians can use their faith to believe in Christianity, why don't they use that faith to believe in say Flying Saucers and any other fantastic claim?
Besides, when you make a relatively mundane decision like buying a used car, how much faith do you allow for? When supposedly making the most important decision ever that concerns our supposed eternal afterlife, how much faith can we allow for? Wouldn't a fully informed decision be the only reasonable thing?
EDIT: Added some stuff
