Dude the Templars were wiped out hundreds of years ago. And what exactly do the Knight of Columbus do anyways?

The Knights Templar were dissolved hundreds of years ago. You might try the Knights Hospitallar (the Knights of Saint John) who were in a sense the progeny of the Knights Templar. I believe the Hospitallars are still around; something to do with Malta still, if I remember correctly. You might Google it.

There's been a revival of the Knights Templar, however they're an esoteric organization and only certain people can ascend it's ranks.
