Yo!

I was just wondering, what is everyone's stand on the origin of life? There are basically two different views, with all others derived from them: evolution and creation. What do you think?

Neither. http://www.totse.com/bbs/smile.gif (http://www.totse.com/bbs/smile.gif)

To be picky, Evolution explains the diversity of life, not the origin and Creation is generally the belief that God or Gods created but not how and so not science.

I think you were looking for abiogenesis or creationism if you want to specifically talk about the origin of life.

Beta69, strictly speaking, is right. However you're welcome to join Hobbits (http://www.totse.com/bbs/Forum15/HTML/003174.html) in order to keep the discussion in one thread. Makes things a little bit easier.
