my response is not a question, but is in the form of 2 questions:
Why would it be a paradox/why would it not be a paradox?
These kinds of things need to be deleted...

Yeah it's a big fat paradox, for all you know you could be making up your entire reality, and on the other hand, this 'God' character could have made it all up for you. Every thought has a completely contradicting thought of which both have equal validity... but the important point is, realising this, try to figure out ways to use it to your advantage rather than talk about it, because most people have issues understanding it and will generally just tell you to shut up after a while.

yes, existence is a paradox. something couldnt have come from nothing, but how could something have existed "forever"? if something created the universe, what made it?
i heard something on insomniac with dave attel that made me think. there was some strange reilgion that started their bussiness by ringing a bell with a golden penis. anyway, this one guy said "existence is the vibration between nothing and what could be"(or it was pretty damn close to that). i think existence is something like that. it cant be, but it cant not be. existence is the vibration between absalute nothingness and absalute everythingness.
