ok i just thought of this; the father, the son, and the holy ghost. that is the holy trinity, right? so god is him/herself, jesus, and the spirit or something like that. and since god let jesus be killed, wouldn't that be suicide? and isn't suicide murder? and murder is forbidden by the ten commandments. so wouldn't that mean that god sinned? just a though, tell me what you think.

Correct me if I'm wrong but to sin is to do something that the god doesn't want you to do. Even if the god did commit suicide, which is impossible if the god survived it, the god would have to think it was bad, which is clearly not the case for the crucifixion.

I believe sacrificing oneself for the good of others isn't a sin according to christian doctrine.

And BTW you should read just about ten pages of exodus to see YHWH sin more than enough...

I thought God was a power, force, non-physical being, and this power manifested itself inside the physical being known as Jesus so the word of god would have a physical connection to this world.

When jesus got nailed, that's where the holy spirit thing came about. The holy spirit was what pushed the slab away on Easter and rose.

I don't know, that's how I think it goes.

explain to us how you think God sins. He was the One that said, "Thou shall.." and "Thou shall not.."

He didnt say, "you and Me shouldnt..."

You are a dumbass. God (theoretically being real for this argument) is devine. He tells us what to do and what not to do not what he should or shouldn't do. To say God is a sinner is complete ignorance.
