God does exist. I don't follow a particular religion. I don't follow a particular doctrine or religious rights/wrongs thingy. I'm a monotheist. There is a god, but I don't know his name. He's all powerful. He's both good and evil. So, I'm going to say that his mentality is similar to those of humans.

I also believe that he's superior to me, or everyone else for that matter. I WILL NOT bow down in front of any one BUT god himself.

It's just that, I feel I don't need him. Just like the way I acknowledge the presence of governement and an economic system, but I don't need them. They are not justified, and neither is god's iron fist or law or what ever you want to call it.

Lets go through an analogy. Say that you somehow created artificial intelligence and let's not restrict this to speaking in terms of computers only. Would you like it if the AI you created started question you? Your existence? Your ways? I know I would? So why do some religions scrutinize people for questioning a supremem beings' existence? Why is it that in most religions, god doesn't like the fact that people question his existance?

Why didn't god just create us soul less like we create computer and other machines, so that we don't think beyond what should be though and did what was told? It's like god's teasing us. "Okay, bitch. Here's the world. You can do anything you want. But if I don't like it, you can go it hell."

Oh and sorry for the all caps on everything except the word god. Just wanted to get the people you insist on using "GOD" to hear me.

And to Lost, sorry if this happens a lot. I don't frequent this forum a lot. This maybe like the 10th time I'm posting here in my 3 or whatever years I've been here.

Alright, I'm curious. How did you come to the realization that there is, indeed, a God? You seem to question it quite a bit, so I'm wondering why you strongly state that there is a God, and certainly only one.

Secondly, you made it clear that this is supposedly your own personal belief structure, rather than having anything to do with organized religion. Yet, you make a comment about Hell, as if it truly exists. So, if these are your own beliefs, then why do you believe in Hell if the idea of punishment for free will makes no sense in your mind?

Also, you recognize "God's Law", as you put it, yet again, you were passing this off as your own belief. Where, then, did you obtain this knowledge dealing with God's "Iron Fist"?

Anyway, if you can't give a good answer for the first question, I think you ought to do a little more research. You seem to think that you know quite a bit about God and existence in general. Be careful in making assumptions dealing with this topic.

dude, your thoughts on dxm will be anything but profound or insightful. it's a dissociative.

you are less capable of making coherent associations when high on dxm... the feeling you get is literally a result of the rapid destruction of brain cells.

...when you're on dxm, you're losing your mind. people can and have overdosed on it. the ones not lucky enough to die exist in a state of perpetual retardation, insanity, and general loss of healthy brain function.
