Satanism is just as pathetic as any other sort of theistic belief (It places the believer as God)...it's just as much a cruch as any other belief.

If you truly overcome the fear of death, chances are you'd kill yourself...it takes a lot of shit to overcome the fear of death...or atleast place it below the want to die.

I have been into LeVey's work, I agree with most of it, just not the magical part of it, but as far as the core philosophy, it makes sense to me.

The thing is Christians don't fear death. Hell, thats what they spend their whole life perparing for.

Satanism teaches that life is the ultimate indulgence, death, is the ultimate abstinence, the opposite is for Christians.

Satanists fear death just as any other, Satanists savor life, like the four legged creature.

The beauty of it is that an animal, unless knowing that death is certain, will go to any measure to stay alive (i.e. I racoon caught in a trap, will knaw its own leg off to escape). This raw emotion is beauty, and is what Satanists try to accomplish.

The Satanism is not a crutch as far as I see, because it relies totally on the individual.

If I am my own crutch, then so be it, I beleive its better then leaning on an outside force.

Did you pick up the Satanic bible? The first book of it is great, I suggest you read it, its only about 8 bucks where I live.

Just remember. What is happening in this moment, is the only thing we are absolutley, without doubt, sure that is real, so take it, use it, and make the best of it.
