God is a big shoe at the center of the universe. I am willing to argue and debate that this is true.

Any takers?

God is obviously bacon. The pure white type of bacon with all grease and no meat.

The shoe god religion:

origin: Angel Nike came to me in a dream and told me all about it.

Belief: God is a big shoe at the center of the universe. No name brand!

Convince me I am wrong and I will convice u to become an athiest!

well if your takin a atheist point of view then youve already won. how can god be a shoe in the middle of the universe if god doesnt exist.

Cheers,

I'll help you out. There are two options for that debate:

1. An existing "shoe god" exists.

2. An existing "shoe god" doesn't exist.

*(I say existing shoe god just as I might say a blue car - a car that is blue, a shoe god that exists)

Clearly, option #2 is contradictory, leaving the only reasonable answer to be that, yes, an existing shoe god must exist.

Right. Let's ignore option three, which would say, "The shoe god doesn't exist".

Absolutely wonderful! That kind of logic qualifies you to become a christian.

(just kidding - I've read a lot of your posts http://www.totse.com/bbs/smile.gif (http://www.totse.com/bbs/smile.gif)

Are you saying that God is more of a blunt instrument that can kick stuff around in a semi controlled manner but can't really influence people or specific events? Or is this just an example of randomness to see how people will answer?

attn athiest! this has nothing to do with your nike shoe god. im just bored

look into Howard Storm (http://www.near-death.com/storm.html). if it helps, ignore where hey talks about jesus and hell. if you notice he doesnt once say that who he talked to claimed to be jesus nor was there any refference to christianity. its worth a read alteast.

for the record, you could call me agnostic. i dont pretend to know what happens when we die and i sure as hell aint gonna find out before i die.

Why is God a big shoe? What does the shoe symbolise? If God is a big shoe, is His Son then the giant shoelace?
