The Church has grown out of its religous roots and has grown much much more political. It has broken up into smaller churchs.
So my question is if the law of the church is basically the law of God then what happens when laws conflict between others.
Also, do any churchs believe that all people go to heaven.
The law of the church being synonymous with the law of God is a strictly Catholic understanding of God's law.
And are you talking about Christian churches? Cos Zoroastrianism believes all people get to Heaven (eventually), but in Christianity, I'm not sure.

Well i've heard the term 'eternal damnation' several times in a church. So I'm guessing that yes, there may be those who burn in hell forever.
But im hardly the Christian expert

No religion has no broken up into smaller churches. All religions that have recently broken up into smaller churchs are basically nothing but cults. The real faithes are the originial ones like catholicism, judaism, muslim, not those churchs you see in the middle of no where with names like "God is our saviour united church" or "Praise the Lord and Jesus church" and other BS that some idiot made up and fucking idiots join....If your gonna believe in a religion and truely believe in it, how could you possible think that a religion taht was created a few years ago is the true one????
