Okay, so I was having this debate with a Christian girl today, and she - like many Christians - thinks that all non-Christians are going to hell, and it got me thinking about how funny it is when Christians, of all people, demonize Hitler. I mean, Hitler killed nine million people in concentration camps - which is undoubtedly justifiable grounds for labeling him an impossibly evil fuck, that's fine. But think about this - these same people who think of Hitler as an impossibly evil fuck worship a God that they think sends every person who doesn't worship him *and* his alleged son to burn in hell forever. Hitler kills nine million people for stupid reasons - he's an impossibly evil fuck. God is going to send the BILLIONS of non-Christians in the world right now to BURN IN HELL FOREVER FOR THE EXACT SAME REASONS - and I understand that this 'Hell' place is supposed to be considerably worse than any concentration camp - and he's an infallible source of benevolent righteousness. Makes sense.. Fugg'n religious nuts.

I'm with you all the way man, but Christians have a pre-programmed comeback to this, and you'll probably hear it.

Oh well, Hitler was a sick fuck, but who knows, maybe he repented and went to heaven before he died?

Himmler and the SS killed those people. Hitler in effect really didn't kill anyone. He never actually physically took someone's life. It would have been the people who set up the gas chambers or shot them or whatever that did the killing, hitler just did the 'get rid of them' routine. Heinrich Himmler was the architect for mass murder.

himmler used to feel physically sick looking at dead people, in spite of the number he sent to death. adolf eichmann made a lot of arrangements for the camps.

hitler may have killed some people, since he was in the first world war.

random information i know but this seemed like a good place to put it.

hitler was a streacher bearer, and he won the iron cross for his service. i doubt he fired a shot. i doubt it matters if you kill someone with your bare hands, however, if god is all powerful, i am sure he notices this little loophole.

I'm not sure about this, but I think Hitler became a christian. Meaning he was just helping "God" get rid of all the non-believers faster, wouldn't "God" be thankful for the help?

Not every christian thinks than non believers will burn in hell. People of any faith that think like that are fucking retarded though. I mean the concept is just rediculous. What about all the people through history, that lived before Europian missonary's came to convert them. Were they just unlucky? Did God make an exception in their case? There's no intelligent explanation for this view.

There is no hell. Hell was created by dante and perpetuated by the catholic church in order to scare people into giving them money.

Hell is nothing but tradition. All the scriptural reference for hell in the bible is found in revelation, which is about the end of the world, not about the afterlife.

Anyone who tells you that you are going to hell is wrong. God is a just and fair being, and would never punnish someone so drastically for simply living a semi-sinful life.

How can you have a 'semi-sinful life'? You are either absolutely perfect, meaning without the slightest blemish, or you are a sinner.

Humans like to argue and debate and compare levels of sinfulness, but compared to perfection we are all guilty.

Comparing sins is like comparing shades of grey. When placed next to pure white (perfection), it is all dirty grey.

Haha, Frank Zappa is cool as fuck.

After reading the above quoted post, I didn't really read anything further down the page, so I dont know if this was stated before.

If Hitler truly believed he was making the world a better place, wouldn't that constitute him going to heaven? It's the thought that counts, right?
