We all know that there isn't a god based on no concrete evidence. Although, there are many other things that haven't been taken into account here. What if heaven is an alternate dimension where your soul lives in the after life, assuming there is one, and hell is also another alternate dimension. now assuming this theory were to be correct, which I can not prove in any sense there would have to be a god that decides where each and every soul should go. Now assuming god exists and assuming there is a ruler in Hell. Why is it that God decides where souls go, or is it merely predetermined as your fate?

EDIT: I'm an atheist, it's just that I was playing some doom 3 and realized that in the game there is a stage called Hell and it literally is a hell. Demons scowering about and shit and basically I got to thinking and the question struck me, "What if Hell was another dimension?" Then I just elaborated that thought here.
