I have seen some REALLY asinine threads on this forum, and some that weren't even related to "Religious Debate", yet they stayed.

This was one was actually about God, and the Mods closed it ?

Probably because it was turning into a flame war. Wasn't bad enough to be closed though IMHO.

it may have been closed because the original poster is an attention whore and troll... he started another thread a while ago the same way and was obnoxiously vulgar until it too was closed.

If other people are having a debate in a thread that is littered with immaturity, why should we be penalized by losing the debate between US ?

I just don't agree that the rest of that thread didn't nullify the OP's intolerance, and that it didn't justify keeping it open.

But, whatever.
