View Full Version : God as a force?

I really don't know what to believe about god and don't see humans as fit to judge, but one of the things I think people often assume is that God is a being.

What about God as a white light that connects everyone. I believe in string theory and the massive web that connects everyone.

Well, what if that was god?

What if god was a force that connected all living beings, tying our actions into eachother. When you think about it, that god makes room for both himself and evolution in that, by bringing yourself up and evolving, you're affecting a limited number of people, who will slowly do the same in return until we're all raised up just that much more.

I'm tired and this is incoherent.

Any thoughts?

I don't mean to burst your bubble, but this is a rather common theory. It's a good theory, but this thread has been done a million times over.

Cheers,

The concept of God as a male father figure was basically created by men in ancients times. They tend to keep this concept ,because it feeds the egos in thinknig they are closer to God because they are males as well. God for lack of a better word isn't male or female but being of pure energy and thought. Energy is genderless.
