Yeah, I know alot about most "normal" religions, but I am curious about this one.

Basically, Satanism refers to the church of satan, founded by Anton Levey.

They're hedonists, they see satan/set/whatever as an idea, not as an actual entity - and they don't believe in god either.

Its a fancy, crappy, hardcore way of calling yourself a selfish humanist.

Course, then you have the occasional teenager who kills his parents cat and stuff, along with other "left hand path" religions, such as the breakaway "Temple of Set".

But none of them actually worship the Christian Devil while still believing the whole Christian Mythos.

actually satanists can be one of two things. Either devil worshippers as explained in the above post, or simply people who think they are not responsible to a higher power, only to themselves (not to be confused with atheism).

actually,satanism was actually founded by the illuminati,founded by scientists who belived not against religion and science was the correct path,but that science and religion were allies to help explain the word of god that much better.the catholic church made them out to be lamb-sacrificing-pentagram drawing lucifer followers.this is not the way of a true satanist,someone who is true to the cause,luciferian in its root is "the bringer of light".im not a satanist or anything i just read about......hm,oh well.

i have no idea about this, but if you're satanist, don't yu actually believe in god, acknowledge that he exists, but you worship satan instead?

Satanists beleive a multitude of annoying things.

One- They beleive Satan will rise again and overtake heaven, the souls in hell and heaven will switch and those in hell will party in a sinfull heaven for all eternity(predominant among @N@RKY575!!!)

Two- they beleive church threatens humanity as is, and they are firmly and beligerently against the bible merely because it forces hate among humans.

Three- they beleive in themselves as god.

One belief of Satanism is that one should not turn away from the good things in life only to hope for them in death, but should live life to the fullest by embracing what the Church calls sin.
