how many of you actually listen to the bible and pretty much force yourself to live the way it tells you.

Im not a druggie because it fucks up my body, not because I beleive they were made by the devil.

I think its wrong to kill, not because the 10 "pretty please"es say so, but because I think its wrong.

I respect my mom and my dad for the most part, although I do argue with them at times. My dad only made it to 9th grade, so I do consider myself more educated and smarter than him, not to defy authority, but because his limited knowledgo of vocabulary and his narrow-minded thoughts. i am a lot lazier though, and I commend his tolerance of some of the bad things I do.

I really dont think we need the bible or christianity in these modern days. Its all about ignorance or education. You see a lot more priests raping little kids than you see atheist university graduates doing it.

If I could decide what people thought I would dump all religions and turn the whole world debate into wether god exists or not.

Just curious, but how did you conclude that killing was wrong?

I believe the bible. I don't LIVE by the bible. This is something I ponder daily. I think I'm a little selfish, and unwilling to live a perfect life. The christian prayer is to be like Jesus. I can't be perfect, I don't try too hard either. If I don't have enough to buy a sack of marijuana, I have enough to buy beer. I'm young. I want to live my life as I plan. I know I should take every breath for God, and I fear this is why I fall short.

I try to live my life according the Bible.

I fail miserably quite often, but I know that the Lord forgives me, and wants the best for me.
