Seriously though, it is kinda pathetic, but hell, if I was a hostage, I'd be trying anything to get the psycho to calm down. Hell, she'll probably get a book deal out of it.

haha, I agree, I bet he was just making his court case look better by giving in to religion, which they'd see as a sign of redemption.
