You are technically a Cannibal/Vampire.

You are NOT actually eating human (not the mention JESUS) flesh.

I still participate in communion. But I wouldn't even go to church if I had my way. I just like the food. And Krispy, it's not to be that your eating his flesh and blodd, its to remember him when you drink the wine and eat the bread.

What Protestant denomination preaches transubstantiation? or is that just your own personal belief?

You all need to read vatican teaching on transubstantiation; I think it's a bit different than what you're assuming right now.
