This is a thought I've had for ages. It's that, as humans, know nothing about higher powers and such. Think about it, we invent religion to compensate for and cover up our own stupidity and faults. If there was no religion for people to buy into, then we would be out in the open. Naked, per say, and all of a faults and flaws would be exposed. It would be like viewing everyone without thier various social masks which they wear to shroud thier broken personalities.

Just my thoughts...

We wouldnt be naked, we'd be smart enough to wear clothes. Seriously though look at the human body, clumsy, slow reaction, little hair/no fur to protect us, were blind at night, we cant run fast, etc. Surely we were smart enough to have what we have. Not to mention we are smart enough to know our faults.

I don't particularly agree with you there, as there can be forms of justice, beauty, goodness, etc that we can all strive for and justify our actions with, without necessarily believing in a God or higher force.

thay say we use 10% of or brain some say 3%

Why does religion equate to stupidity to you?

What I'm trying to say is you can not sit on the fence and disassociate yourself with religion because wether you like it or not you belive in god or your an atheist or you beleive the world sits apon a turtles back or you believe the "charmed ones" have the answer .I beleive in a god but even if I was an atheist I would be insulted ,for what your saying requires no thought ,but blatant blame

on humanity for haumanity itself.
