I'm interested specifically in totems. If anyone finds a decent site on that, I'll be sure to discuss it...I'd search for myself at the moment, but I have to get ready for work.

Where did you first hear of it? Shamanism is reflected by the culture it arises from... (Celtic vs. Native American practices, for instance) so naturally, the ceremonial and spiritual aspects will be different depending on who you ask.

and help your tribe.

There are lots of techniques

including sensory deprivation,

meditation, shaman drugs and

rituals.

Primitive shamans are the source
