I was just wondering if anyone knew of any publiched arguments against Aquinas' 5 proofs for God?

Does anyone know?

Logic, Science and your own damn common sense. Plus, there are around 5 billion religious people in the world, many of whom are dead 100% sure they are correct. At least 3.5 billion of them are wrong. Seems it could very well be they are all wrong, or at least holding religion in a too literal sense.

Okay now that I've actually read the arguments: #1-3 can be argued against by the fact that subatomic particles' motion is not definate, their location can only be represented by a probability curve, and that these particles can travel over short distances without travelling the distance inbetween. In this sense you could argue that god is what aspired at time 0 in the universe, something greater than the human mind can currently comprehend, but this would be a big change from current religious belief.

Arguments 4 and 5 I disagree with in that I don't think you need something greater to be great, be a little independent, and I forget 5 but it was crap as well.

Elliot Sober's "Core questions of philosophy:A text with readings" edition 3 or 4 it won't matter. Aquinas was smart, but his arguments flawed.
