Japanese shogun Nobunaga killed some Christians. Would that be a crusade in reverse or a Shinto holocaust?

Yeah, happens all the time.
Look it up, Pres. Diem in Viet Nam was persecuting all non-Catholics, especially the heathen Buddhists. That was the real reason for that famous immolation scene.

there have been many circumstances were religions have fought over religionness (hehe) but only the crusades were called the crusades. For Example the nazis killed the jews but that wasn't called a anti jewish crusade.
crusader did in fact mean holy christian warrior but it has been narrowed done to a soldier that fought in the crusades.
WE WON!!!!!!!!!!!
