I never come in here so forgive me if this has been done. BTW this is from a christian stand point, but all thoughts are welcome.
Suicide, Do you go directly to hell for it? Or can God forgive you, and you goto heaven?

Depends on what wing of Christianity you are in. I beleive Catholics say that if you die with an unconfessed mortal sin you go straight to Hell. Not sure if they think God would put up with bullshit like taking a slow poisen and saying an act of perfect contrition before it take effect. I think you need to be free of the gains of a sin before it can be forgiven.
In the Prodostant wing sects it ranges from sins being pre-forgiven just for believing in Jesus and such to needing to ask for forgiveness but no formal confesion to a priest. So it may not mean a trip straight to Hell.
If you believe in that stuff you really should not be risking your soul on your ability to read God's mind.

Different Christians take different views on the matter. Some Christians believe as you said that suicide will send you "directly to hell" while others believe that as a Christian you may still go to heaven despite your last action being suicide. To elaborate on the latter, these Christians believe that being a Christian and as such excepting forgiveness for one's sins from Jesus entitles one to not only forgiveness for past sins, but also forgiveness of future sins as well.

Suicide is for the weak who suck at life.
