Has anyone here ever had one of those near death things were you seen heaven or soemthing just before you where revived?

If you did what did it look like?

I forgot to mention, once when i was really stoned, i shut my eyes 'cuz i was having a bad trip, and in my head i saw, shapes, it was very abstract, but it was something like i saw a plant, and god was very angry at me for using the plant the Adam and Eve ate, but at the same time it was as if he was comforting me.

I think realality already is heaven. The human mind already is building a fairly good civilization, It could be alot better and making it better would make it closer and closer to heaven, such as stricter laws, longer jail sentences ect., I think the human mind has the capabilitys to build a heaven with realaliy. I dont belive you can do anything with realality after we die. I think we may become a ghost and your ghost in the afterlife is only as powerful as what your physical body knows in its is real life or something along thoses lines. But im not saying it is impossible to become immortal in reality to extend your real life to maybe 800 years as some figures in the bible.

Life is heaven or hell (or variants inbetween). It all depends on your consciousness and perception of it.

A spiritual path is one of purifying your consciousness so that you can see life as heaven as apposed to seeing it as hell.

For toned down gimpses of what the facets of heaven are like drugs can be very useful for increasing spiritual understanding (Natural drugs tho).

The states of consciousness you can acheive with drugs can be acheived without, but you gotsta learn how to free your mind.

I've personally acheived partial astral projection with some practice and will power. Hardly heaven but it shows how we are not the body, but a consciousness occupying a body.

Well your right about this being heaven or hell, prison is hell, but those crack monkeys make it hell for everyone else, They dont work and they all drive cars worth more then my house.

To me, life is definately HELL.

My father did when he was seven or something he said he saw god take him up to the clouds which was heaven and said "if you want to live here when you die then you need to be a good person."

in response to the original question in this thread, i had quite an experience one time on a particular substance involving supreme realisations of truth, but why bother explaining something i was the only person to witness? each and every person makes their own path according to their desires, and people who desire truth and enlightenment will surely find it on their own.

and of course idiots will find their "truth" through blind faith.
