On IRC DS was complaining about how this forum has basically degenerated into a christian bashing forum. She feels this is wrong, and claimed we should also "bash Shiva."
In light of this, I have decided that I am going to bash all religions in this thread,as I hate all gods equally. Simply name a major religion, and I'll point out any obvious holes, etc.
Note: I won't be bashing scientology or christianity/judaism/mormonism/other christian sects in this thread as they are already bashed enough as it is.

It's a "Christian bashing forum" because that's usually all we get on here. From time-to-time we get the stray Satanist who wanders over here hoping to enlighten us.
Bash the Nordic religion. Their gods are the most badass.

The same claims are repeated time and time again, and they will remain baseless time and time again as well, until totse has a higher non-Christian theist demographic than the Christian theist one; which seeing the popularity of Christianity in the U.S. and the U.K. that's not going to happen any time soon.
Anyways if you want to discuss the illogical aspects of other gods, by all means.

It has nothing to do with a demographic.
Almost everyone here is inteligent enough to hold a conversation about any other religion, or theology in general.
Does it happen ? No.
And I should think that having only two people on this forum that consistently represent Christian beliefs is not enough to manhandle the rest of the regulars into bashing only Christianity.
Random people come and go...and they seem to focus solely on Christianity, just as much as the regulars do.
It has everything to do with demographic.
It's ridiculous to expect people who are not affected by Norse mythology, or by Egyptian mythology, to make more threads about them than about religions which do affect their daily lives.
EDIT: And there are quite a few threads about theology in general actually.

The Norse suffer from the same problem all religions suffer from: they try to explain the origins of the universe without a proper understanding of Science. So let's start the Norse bashing with the Norse creation story.
So apparently these idiots believe that Ginnungagap (land of heat) and Niflheim (land of cold) collided. When they collided a bunch of water formed. The Norse claim that out of this water a giant Ogre named Ymir magically appeared. These fucking clowns actually believe that a carbon based life form was created out of water. That's impossible, regardless of what the Norse creation scientists say.
Did I mention that when Ymir fell asleep a bunch of frost ogres just kind of popped off of him? Fucking ridiculous.
Anyway, Ymir eventually got pretty hungry. Luckily, another carbon based life form happened to magically emerge out of this water. This time it is a cow. And, according to norse legend, "Four rivers of milk ran from her teats, and she fed Ymir." Again, I should note that water cannot directly turn into carbon. The only way water can turn into carbon is if all the hydrogen is put into a star and a triple alpha reaction takes place. I bet the norse creation scientists will bring that up, so I should probably find yet another hole in this pathetic religion.
Anyway, Ymir eventually had kids. Well, he didn't have any kids. What happened was that idiot cow was licking a salt brick (which magically appeared out of nowhere, mind you). Eventually a human popped out of this salt brick. Yeah, these clowns claim a being as complex as a human magically appeared in a salt brick. Give me a break.
Anyway, this man, Buri, eventually had a kid. There wasn't a woman around, so I don't know how he had the kid. Apparently that's not the point, as the Norse have faith and my logic means nothing to them. Anyway, Buri's son, Bor, eventually porked a frost giant, giving birth to Odin, Vili, and Vé.
For some reason or another these kids decide to kill Ymir. Anyway, the blood of Ymir causes a great flood, which kills off all the other frost giants. In addition, they dragged Ymir's corpse to the middle of Ginnungagap, where he magically became Earth. Now these idiot Norse creationists are claiming that a planet composed of all kinds of exotic minerals is simply the corpse of some ancient frost giant who was formed out of water. Pfff. I'm not even going to dignify this claim with an argument. Norse people are stupid, just like all religious people.
I might bash the rest of the faith later, it all depends upon how lazy I am.

Hindu gods are not badass enough.
If we disobey them, we won't be sent to Hell.

True, but...maybe that's because they believe in EVERYTHING ?! *lol*
But I am sure J will cook up something good, regardless.

If we're so stupid, why did the Christians steal most of our traditions and festivals and integrate them into their religious practises?
