Hi there. I have some questions to share with you guys(and girls, of course). I think they are very interesting, and if any of you thinks that too, I canīt suggest nothing but a good bit of long talking.

Here they are -> "What IS the religious experience? What happens in the head of a human being when he "thinks"(feels;knows) he believes in something that can be classified as a religion?"

Soo, talk! http://www.totse.com/bbs/smile.gif (http://www.totse.com/bbs/smile.gif)

PS: I think a good preliminar question is: "Whats the definition of religion?"

PSS: I might not be able to answer right away, but please be checking the post, I hope it has a long (and interesting) life span.

Well, I haven't got time for much of a reply, but I'd say this.

A religeous experience (Which i prefer to call a spiritual experience), is one where you feel a strong connection to what feels like an exterior personality residing in everything you look at.

Note: Religeon = Spirituality + Dogma.

Spirituality defined as being "Matters of the spirit".

Sometimes when you're deep in praying, as in really, really deep, it feels like you're meditating. You have the "feel at one with the universe" feeling.
