Very true. The Kundalini was something novices and n00bs were not let loose on by ancient and traditional gurus who knew their stuff.

If you are interested in or attracted to yoga, magic(k)al practices, mysticism eastern or not, this kind of stuff, particularly if there is a sexual aspect to it, it is possible you will be brought into contact with practices involving the kundalini sooner or later by irresponsible "teachers".
