Basically I've noticed a few contradictions in the postings here and other places. It seems that HIV is an exclusive homosexual disease. What I would like to address are two scenarios that are particularly common of people of faith:

1) A homosexual man contracts HIV and eventually dies. Typical christian response: That's what you get for living that kind of life.

2) A woman finds out her husband has been cheating after contracting aids. Now some would say easily deceived because she's female (Digital Savior), but others would say it's just God's plan.

So which is it? You can't have it both ways. Are the people with HIV in Africa all homosexuals?

The people who still believe that AIDs is God's revenge on gays are the more conservative fanatic types.

Both are Gods plans and both are consequences of sin.
