That doesn't mean it's a good one.
Anyway, I swear to God, we need to just let that cesspool die. Fucking forget about New Orleans; none of the poor people evacuated are going to be able to afford, nor would they likely have a desire to return.
As I type this, the levees have broken again. Water's gusing back into the city. Perhaps this might be a sign(I don't care from whom) that rebuilding a city under sea level isn't such a great idea?

Building your entire life in a city under seawater; that's worse than the man who builds his house on sand. Everything is perfect under the sea(which btw we know less about than other planets)...
What did you think of the websites?

you have to admit, that whatever diety you believe in...we have done a shitload to deserve it. man is sinful and all that jazz.
Now there were some present at that time who told Jesus about the Galileans whose blood Pilate had mixed with their sacrifices. Jesus answered, "Do you think that these Galileans were worse sinners than all the other Galileans because they suffered this way? I tell you, no! But unless you repent, you too will all perish. Or those eighteen who died when the tower in Siloam fell on them - do you think they were more guilty than all the others living in Jerusalem? I tell you, no! But unless you repent, you too will all perish."
-Luke 13:1-5
Nobody would ever build a city in that spot if it weren't a strategic place to build.

You might not have noticed that it was a fucking bowl if you were French and were alive 300 some-odd years ago.

An acquaintance of mine happens to believe that God was judging New Orleans because they were gonna hold Southern Decadence, a bigass gaylord festival. He says God was punishing all the little fags for fucking each other. I guess God missed them by three days. Damn.
A friend of my parents is convinced that it was a sign of God's mercy. His logic says that God let this happen so that he could show his mercy to the survivors, and strengthen their faith and show them that God could save their sorry asses whenever he wanted to. He didn't really have a reason for why God would kill some and save others, except for "I don't know what god thinks". Happy man.
K what really went down is this. God was like god dam there are so many fucking beast niggers down in new orleans. what could i do to kill them and not hurt the good hard working white people too badly. So he figured that most white people would be smart and evacuate, and also they would have insurance to replace there shit. Then he built up that hurricain to go threw and kill all the little beast niggers that stayed. then he relized that beast niggers are very crafty and hard to kill, like roachs, so he was like fuck it and left the rest up to bush.

So, why did the original poster spell 'evokation' like so? I didn't quite catch this.

I did it thinking the same as Crowley spelling magick not magic. Ocuultists can distort language to reveal something greater(though nothing of the sort is here)

I would certainly think that the mechanism behind supposed magick IS real. However the "sim sim salabim" evocation is nothing more than fantasy.

Why in the name of all the dark gods would you choose my post to quote for this non-sequitur?
Did you feel you were talking to me for some reason?

The thing you have to understand about magick, like all reality, is that it is only meta-real. Which doesn't mean it is fake!

Why did you name your topic "Evokation of Katrina/Rita, threadstarter ?

It is because a team of magickians (chaos) are calling up these storms. The idea is to bring chaos onto the earth; this will cleanse it from polluters. Then a new renaissance will take place. I thought the ethics of bringing up nature would be an interesting topic....
