It was claimed that humans learnt to speak many languanges overnight (Tower Of Babel).
Is there proof that says that this could not have happened?

Are you asking for proof against the idea that all of humanity united to build a tower to reach the heavens and then god confused their tongues so they couldn't speak the same language anymore...?

Daniel Dennett touches on the Tower of Babel theory by comparing it to cranes and skyhooks. Search for online text of his based on his books Darwin's Dangerous Idea and Consciousness Explained .
Stephen Pinker's "How the Mind Works" also covers that subject.

Stephen Pinker's The Language Instinct is very good as well.

It sounds like you're asking if there's any proof that magic can happen.

Curious. I thought Kabbalistic thought held that only Hebrew was a revealed language from God, while all others were invented by mankind.
Of course, there is no logical reason to believe that the tower of babel actually got close to reaching heaven, as the low pressures at high altitudes means that some form of breathing apparatus would have been necessary for the workmen. To date, no evidence has been found for the existence of such aparatii.
